A Lifelong Love for Music
My musical journey began with my mom's hopes of me playing country western, but it quickly grew into a diverse and deeply rewarding pursuit. I received professional classical training and explored genres like jazz, rock, and blues. Along the way, I taught guitar, sharing the joy of music and helping others learn to “pluck out a tune.”
From electric and acoustic guitars to 6- or 12-string instruments and banjos, I’ve played them all—whether as a lead or backup musician. Over the years, I’ve been a part of nearly every kind of group imaginable, including jazz bands, wedding bands, bar cover bands, folk ensembles, small combos, duets, big bands, and theatrical pits. I thrive on collaborations with like-minded, passionate musicians and embrace any project that fuels creativity and connection.
